Terms of Service

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use LinguoDesk. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

• Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis, as selected at checkout.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the end of the current billing period.
• Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated; downgrades take effect at the start of the next billing period.
• All fees are exclusive of taxes, which you are responsible for unless otherwise stated.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to send spam, malware, or unlawful content.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service.
• Use the Service in a way that infringes the intellectual property or privacy rights of others.
• Resell or sublicense access to the Service without our written consent.

You retain all rights to the support tickets, messages, and content you submit to LinguoDesk (“Customer Data”). You grant us a limited license to host, process, and translate Customer Data solely to provide and improve the Service. You are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary rights and consents to share Customer Data with us.

LinguoDesk uses automated machine translation and confidence scoring. While we strive for accuracy, translations may contain errors and should not be relied upon for legal, medical, or other high-stakes decisions without human review. Confidence scores are estimates and not guarantees of accuracy.

You may cancel your subscription at any time from Settings → Billing. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or fail to pay applicable fees. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases, and we may delete your data after a reasonable retention period.

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, LinguoDesk will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
