Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with LinguoDesk. This policy explains how refunds and cancellations work for our paid plans.

Monthly subscriptions

Monthly plans can be cancelled at any time from Settings → Billing. Cancelling stops future renewals, but we do not provide refunds or credits for the unused portion of the current billing month.

Annual subscriptions

For annual plans, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase or renewal if you haven't made significant use of the Service. After 14 days, annual subscriptions are non-refundable, but you can cancel auto-renewal at any time to avoid future charges.

Plan changes

  • Upgrading to a higher plan takes effect immediately, with a prorated charge for the remainder of the billing period.
  • Downgrading takes effect at the end of the current billing period; no partial refund is issued for the difference.
  • Seat or usage overages are billed at the end of the billing cycle and are non-refundable once incurred.

Exceptional circumstances

If you experience a billing error, duplicate charge, or extended service outage that significantly impacted your use of LinguoDesk, contact our billing team and we'll review your case for an appropriate refund or credit.

How to request a refund

Email billing@linguodesk.com with your workspace name and the reason for your request. We aim to respond to all refund requests within 3 business days, and approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
